Fluffy pancakes

Today I made old fashion american pancakes for breakfast and I was surprised with how easy the whole process was. It makes you work your biceps, but it's only for a little while and the final result is really tastefull. I couldn't eat more than one and a half, but here you have the recipe for eight pancakes:

You need:
300g of wheat flour
1 tea spoon of yeast
3 table spoons of sugar
1 pinch of table salt
2 eggs
1 1/2 cup of milk
60g of margarine

Lightly mix the flour, the yeast, the sugar and the salt with a fork and make a hole in the middle where you put the eggs. Scrumble them and add the milk and the melted margarine. Stir it with a whisk until there are no lumps at all.
Heat a non-stick pan with a nob of butter, margarine or oil (level 3 or 4 on an electric stove, medium power on a gas stove). Put a scoop of dough in the hot pan and turn it after at least one minute with the help of a spatula.
You can eat them with butter, refined or brown sugar, maple sirup, honey, fruit, yogurt or any kind of jam. I also think it's good with cheese.
